In combination with the principle of ultrasonic flow measurement applied with time?difference method,an ultra?sonic flow measurement system applied with time?difference based on 16?bit MSP430F147 SCM of ultra?low power consumption is studied. The fundamental principle of this measurement is introduced,and then the hardware structure of the measurement system is discussed emphatically,finally the software design of this system is introduced in brief. The practical results show that the flow measurement system has the advantages of low power consumption,complete functions and strong reliability.
