The function orientation of the information system for power grid emergency command is described. This system has important application value in the accident or normal condition. Combining with the emergency command demands of China Southern Power Grid,the design scheme of this system′s frame structure is provided. The applications of key technologies in this system are analyzed,which include the dynamic generation technology of the emergency plans,visualization technology of the emergency command,disaster model and disaster evaluation technology of the emergency,and GPS positioning technology.
