目的:探讨宫颈癌组织中淋巴管密度(LVD)与高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)表达的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测86例宫颈癌患者正常组织与癌组织中的D2-40( LVD特异性标记物)表达情况,计算组织LVD;用Western blot 法检测正常组织和癌组织中HMGB1表达情况,并进行定量分析;用Pearson相关分析法分析LVD与HMGB1之间的相关性。结果宫颈癌患者癌组织中LVD及HMGB1表达水平均显著高于正常组织( P均<0.05),Ⅲ+Ⅳ期患者癌组织中LVD及HMGB1表达水平均显著高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期患者( P均<0.05);癌组织中LVD与HMGB1表达水呈显著正相关关系(r=0.97,P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌组织中LVD与HMGB1的表达呈显著正相关关系,与肿瘤的发展密切相关,二者可能通过相互作用,共同促进肿瘤细胞的侵袭、转移等活动。

Objective It is to investigate the relationship between the expression of lymphatic vessel density ( lymphatic vessel density,LVD) and high mobility group protein B1 (High mobility group protein box -1,HMGB1) in cervical cancer. Method s The expression of D2-40 ( LVD specific markers ) in normal tissues and tumor tissues of patients with cervical canc-er were detected by immunohistochemical method , LVD expression of HMGB1 in normal tissues and tumor tissues was detected by Blot Western , quantitative analysis;Correlation analysis between HMGB 1 and LVD was analyzed by pearson correlation . Resu lts The levels of LVD and HMGB1 in tumor tissues of patients with cervical cancer were significantly higher than that in normal tissues(P all<0.05), at the same time, the levels of LVD and HMGB1 in tumor tissues of patients with Ⅲ and Ⅳstage was significantly higher than that in ones with stage Ⅰand Ⅱ( P all<0.05); The expression level of LVD in cervical cancer tissues was positively correlated with the relative expression level of HMGB 1 protein(r=0.97,P<0.05).Conclusion The correlation of expression of LVD and HMGB 1 was significantly positive in cervical cancer , and the expression levels was closely correlated with tumor stage , they can work together to promote the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells .
