尽管我国高新区的发展取得了较大的成绩，但在园区的政策体系、金融环境、人才环境、硬件设施等方面还存在许多与现实发展不相符之处。阐述了太原国家高新区创新创业环境建设基本情况，分析了优化太原国家高新区创新创业环境的意义，提出了优化太原国家高新区创新创业环境的对策及建议。

Although the development of high-tech zones in China has made great achievements, there are still many things that are not consistent with realistic development in aspects of the zone’s policy system, financial environment, talent environment, and hardware facilities, etc. This paper expounds the basic situation of the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial environment in Taiyuan National High-tech Zone, analyzes the significance of optimizing the innovative and entrepreneurial environment in Taiyuan National High-tech Zone, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on optimizing the innovative and entrepreneurial environment in Taiyuan National High-tech Zone.
