Based on introducing the current situation of domestic and foreign sci-tech literature information resources in Jilin Province, this paper analyzes the demand status of sci-tech literature resources and the feasibility of co-construction and sharing of sci-tech literature resources, and probes into the countermeasures for implementing the sci-tech literature information resources sharing platform in Jilin Province.
