在介绍移动图书馆发展现状的基础上，通过问卷调查，分析了移动图书馆服务构建存在的问题，阐述了移动图书馆服务构建的现实意义，从用户层、服务层、管理层3个层面，探讨了移动图书馆服务构建要素。

Based on introducing the development status of mobile library, this paper analyzes some problems existing in mobile library’s service construction through the questionnaire survey, expounds the realistic significance of mobile library’s service construction, and from three aspects of the user level, service level and management level, probes into the elements of mobile library’s service construction.
