This paper explains how to give full play to the humanistic education functions of primary and middle school library from three aspects, the first of which is to change the service concept from being based on book into being based on people, the second of which is to pay attention to the service content from giving people a fish into teaching people to fish, the third of which is to adjust the service mode from passively waiting for readers into actively serving readers.
