通过对欠发达省份医院医德档案管理现状的分析，提出借鉴网络化建设相对先进的发达省份医院的工作经验，逐步建立医院医德档案的网络管理系统，实现医德档案信息的建档、存储、传递、检索等功能的数字化和网络化，提高医院整体信息化管理水平的对策。
通過對欠髮達省份醫院醫德檔案管理現狀的分析，提齣藉鑒網絡化建設相對先進的髮達省份醫院的工作經驗，逐步建立醫院醫德檔案的網絡管理繫統，實現醫德檔案信息的建檔、存儲、傳遞、檢索等功能的數字化和網絡化，提高醫院整體信息化管理水平的對策。
통과대흠발체성빈의원의덕당안관리현상적분석，제출차감망락화건설상대선진적발체성빈의원적공작경험，축보건립의원의덕당안적망락관리계통，실현의덕당안신식적건당、존저、전체、검색등공능적수자화화망락화，제고의원정체신식화관리수평적대책。
Through analyzing the current status of the management of medical ethics archives in the hospitals in underdeveloped provinces, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for improving hospital’s overall informatization management level, which include using the experiences of the hospitals of relatively advanced developed provinces in networking construction as the reference, gradually establishing a network management system of hospital’s medical ethics archives, and realizing the digitalization and networking of medical ethics archives’ archiving, storing, transferring, retrieving and other functions.
