This paper expounds some factors influencing the service quality of library’s book suppliers, analyzes the service nature of library’s book suppliers, and puts forward some strategies for strengthening the management of the service quality of library’s book suppliers, which include guiding library’s book suppliers to take the service quality as a competitive power to take part in a competitive bidding, intensifying the communication with library’s book suppliers to promote the effective implementation of the contracts, and establishing a service quality evaluation system for library’s book suppliers.
