This paper carries out a survey on the present situation of characteristic resources service of the libraries of sports colleges and universities,analyzes the existing problems,and based on the guidance of SoLoMo concept, puts forward some new measures for characteristic resources service and promotion of the libraries of sports colleges and universities .
