The young librarian is the backbone of the reservation of library’s human resources. This paper expounds some difficulties in young librarians’ development at the present stage and the embodiment of these difficulties, analyzes the deep causes behind these problems, and based on this, puts forward some measures for Help the young librarians better development such as strengthening the professional reputation, smoothening the promotion channel, and establishing the effective learning and training mechanism, etc.
