目的：为了深入研究规范化产科超声检查与监测在产前胎儿先天畸形诊断中的重要价值。方法整群选取2013年7月-2014年7月在该院接受产前检查的孕妇1200人，为这些产妇提供规范化超声检查，并监测检查时发现的胎儿畸形病例，一直随访到产妇分娩。结果在1200例产妇中，有26例产妇的胎儿有畸形，其中有24例胎儿畸形经产后诊断和超声检查结果一致，正确率为92.3%，漏诊2例。结论产前为产妇提供规范化超声检查，不仅能减少胎儿先天畸形的出生率，还能为家庭与社会减少负担，具有十分重要的医学价值。

Objective To study the important value of the diagnosis of fetal congenital malformations in the prenatal diagno-sis of fetal congenital malformations. Methods 1 200 pregnant women who received prenatal examination in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2014, were selected to provide standardized ultrasound examination, and to monitor the fetal abnor-malities found in the examination, and has been followed up to the maternal labor. Results In 12 cases of pregnant women, 26 cases of maternal fetal malformations, including 24 cases of fetal malformation in multiparous after diagnosis and ultra-sound examination results are consistent, and the correct rate is 92.3%, and 2 cases of misdiagnosis. Conclusion It is very important to provide a standardized ultrasound examination of the fetus, not only to reduce the birth rate of fetal congenital malformation, but also to reduce the burden of family and society.
