目的:探讨D-二聚体联合纤维蛋白原检测在急性肺栓塞患者中诊断的应用价值。方法随机选取2012年12月-2014年12月该院收治的急性肺栓塞患者60例作为观察组和正常者60例作为对照组,比较两组血浆中D-二聚体和纤维蛋白原的水平。结果观察组血浆D-二聚体和Fg单独检测水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血浆中D-二聚体和Fg单独及联合检出率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);D-二聚体和Fg联合检测的的灵敏度和特异性分别为95.0%和70.0%,明显高于D-二聚体和Fg单独检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血浆D-二聚体联合Fg检测有助于提高急性肺栓塞患者检出率,对于急性肺栓塞患者的诊断具有重要临床价值。

Objective To investigate the application value of D-dimer combined with Fg in patients with acute pulmonary embolism. Methods The 60 patients with acute pulmonary embolism in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2012 were selected as the observation group, the 60 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group, the level of plasma D-dimer and Fg of two groups were compared. Results The levels of plasma D-dimer and Fg in the observation group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The alone and combined detection rate of D-dimer and Fg in the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of D-dimer and Fg were 95% and 70%, significantly higher than D-dimer and Fg alone detection, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The detection of plasma D-dimer combined with Fg is helpful to improve the detection rate of patients with acute pulmonary embolism, which has important clinical value in the diagnosis of acute pulmonary embolism.
