目的：探讨和分析舒适护理在预防接种过程中应用效果，提高接种者舒适满意度及护理服务质量。方法随机选择2013年7-12月前来接种门诊进行预防接种人群700例作为实验组，2013年1-6月前来接种门诊进行预防接种人群700例作为对照组，对照组采用常规护理，实验组采用舒适护理，比较两组接种人群对预防接种流程、技术操作、服务态度、综合满意度及健康教育覆盖率和知晓率。结果实验组接种者对技术操作、接种流程、服务态度、综合满意度分别达到99.3%、95.7%、99.8%、99.1%；健康教育覆盖率、知晓率达100%、93.2%；对照组接种者对技术操作、接种流程、服务态度、综合满意度分别为93.8%、88.7%、93.3%、88.5%；健康教育覆盖率、知晓率为93.5%、83.5%。两组比较，实验组明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在预防接种过程中实施舒适护理，能够满足预防接种人群的生理、心理、社会要求及健康教育知识需求，提高其舒适度和护理满意度。

Objective To discuss and analyze the effect of comfortable nursing applied to preventive inoculation so as to im-prove the level of comfortable satisfaction in inoculators and the quality of nursing service. Methods 700 cases underwent vaccination in vaccination clinic from July 2013 to December 2013 were selected as the experimental group and other 700 cases underwent vaccination in vaccination clinic from January 2013 to June 2013 were selected as the control group. The control group were treated by the conventional nursing, and the experimental group were treated by comfortable nursing. And the level of satisfaction with vaccination procedure, technical operation and service attitude, level of comprehensive satisfaction and the coverage rate and awareness rate of health education were compared between the two groups. Results The level of satisfaction with technical operation, vaccination procedure, service attitude and level of comprehensive satis-faction, coverage rate of health education and awareness of health education was 99.3%, 95.7%, 99.8%, 99.1%, 100%, 93.2%, respectively in the experimental group, and that was 93.8%, 88.7%, 93.3%, 88.5%, 93.5%, 83.5%, respectively in the control group, the experimental group had much higher level of satisfaction with technical operation, vaccination proce-dure, service attitude and level of comprehensive satisfaction, coverage rate of health education and awareness of health ed-ucation than the control group with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion For people with vaccination, comfortable nursing applied to the vaccination procedure can satisfy the requirements of physiology, psychology, society and the health knowledge and improve the level of comfort and nursing satisfaction.
