目的：探讨硝呋太尔片治疗滴虫性阴道炎的效果。方法整群收集该院2013年3月-2015年3月收治的滴虫性阴道炎患者166例，随机分为2组各83例，观察组给予硝呋太尔片，对照组给予甲硝唑片，观察两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率95.2%，复发率3.6%，对照组总有效率78.2%，复发率15.7%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝呋太尔片能显著提高滴虫性阴道炎的治疗效果，复发率低，值得应用。

목적：탐토초부태이편치료적충성음도염적효과。방법정군수집해원2013년3월-2015년3월수치적적충성음도염환자166례，수궤분위2조각83례，관찰조급여초부태이편，대조조급여갑초서편，관찰량조료효。결과관찰조총유효솔95.2%，복발솔3.6%，대조조총유효솔78.2%，복발솔15.7%，량조비교차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론초부태이편능현저제고적충성음도염적치료효과，복발솔저，치득응용。
Objective To investigate the effect of nifuratel tablets in treating trichomonal vaginitis. Methods 166 patients with trichomonal vaginitis admitted to our department from March 2013 and March 2015 were randomly divided into two groups with 83 in each one. The observation group was given nifuratel tablets while the control group was treated with metronidazole tablet. The outcomes were observed. Results The total effective rate was 95.2% and recurrent rate was 3.6%in the observation group, while those in the control group were 78.2% and 15.7% respectively in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion Nifuratel tablets in treating trichomon-al vaginitis can produce higher therapeutic effect but lower recurrence rate, therefore it is worthy of application.
