目的：探讨康复新液治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎的临床疗效。方法整群选取在2012年5月-2014年3月，该院收治的140例患有小儿疱疹性口腔炎儿童为研究对象，随机分成治疗组和对照组，各70例。治疗组采用康复新液治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎，对照组采用西瓜霜。比较两组患儿的疗效。结果治疗组患儿的总有效率为97.2%；对照组患儿的总有效率为84.2%；且治疗组患者饮食状况好转时间为(27.2±2.3)h，口腔炎愈合时间为(69.3±10.6)h，明显快于对照组的(47.8±5.2)h及(99.2±11.9)h；差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用康复新液治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎，临床疗效好，患儿的康复率高。且加快了患儿溃疡愈合的天数，降低对患儿饮食状况不良的影响，促进患儿尽快康复。
목적：탐토강복신액치료소인포진성구강염적림상료효。방법정군선취재2012년5월-2014년3월，해원수치적140례환유소인포진성구강염인동위연구대상，수궤분성치료조화대조조，각70례。치료조채용강복신액치료소인포진성구강염，대조조채용서과상。비교량조환인적료효。결과치료조환인적총유효솔위97.2%；대조조환인적총유효솔위84.2%；차치료조환자음식상황호전시간위(27.2±2.3)h，구강염유합시간위(69.3±10.6)h，명현쾌우대조조적(47.8±5.2)h급(99.2±11.9)h；차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론채용강복신액치료소인포진성구강염，림상료효호，환인적강복솔고。차가쾌료환인궤양유합적천수，강저대환인음식상황불량적영향，촉진환인진쾌강복。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of kangfuxin liquid in treatment of infantile herpetic stomatitis. Methods 140 children with infantile herpetic stomatitis admitted to our hospital from May 2012 and March 2014 were included in this study and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 70 in each one. The control group was treated with kangfuxin liquid while the control group was treated with watermelon frost. The clinical outcomes were compared the children in the two groups. Results The overall effective rate was 97.2% in the treatment group and 84.2% in the control group; in addition, the recovery time of diet status was (27.2±2.3)h, and the healing time of stomatitis was (69.3±10.6)h in the study group, both shorter than that, (47.8±5.2) h and (99.2±11.9)h respectively, in the control group. All the differences above were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid in treatment of infantile herpetic stomatitis can produce good clinical effect and higher recovery rate, meanwhile it accelerate the healing of stomatitis, reduce its negative impact on their diet status, and promote quick recovery of the children.
