目的：探究大剂量奥美拉唑治疗老年胃溃疡合并出血的临床疗效。方法整群选取于2013年8月-2014年8月在该院治疗的74例老年胃溃疡患者，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，对照组患者给予常规剂量的奥美拉唑进行治疗，观察组患者给予大剂量的奥美拉唑进行治疗，观察治疗以后的临床效果。结果观察组总出血率为5.4%，低于对照组的37.8%，组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组总有效率为97.3%，与对照组的81.0%相比明显较高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大剂量的奥美拉唑在治疗老年胃溃疡合并出血具有良好的临床效果。
목적：탐구대제량오미랍서치료노년위궤양합병출혈적림상료효。방법정군선취우2013년8월-2014년8월재해원치료적74례노년위궤양환자，수궤장기분위관찰조여대조조，대조조환자급여상규제량적오미랍서진행치료，관찰조환자급여대제량적오미랍서진행치료，관찰치료이후적림상효과。결과관찰조총출혈솔위5.4%，저우대조조적37.8%，조간비교차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)；관찰조총유효솔위97.3%，여대조조적81.0%상비명현교고，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론대제량적오미랍서재치료노년위궤양합병출혈구유량호적림상효과。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of high-dose omeprazole in the treatment of elderly patients with gas-tric ulcer complicated with hemorrhage. Methods 74 aged patients with gastric ulcer treated in this hospital from August 2013 and August 2014 were included and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional-dose omeprazole, while those in the observation group were treated with high-dose omeprazole. The clinical outcomes of the treatment were observed. Results The overall rebleeding rate (5.4%vs 37.8%) was lower in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifi-cant, P<0.05; the overall effective rate was 97.3% in the observation group and 81.0% in the control group, and the differ-ence was statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion High-doses omeprazole for the treatment of elderly patients with gas-tric ulcer complicated with hemorrhage can bring good clinical effect.
