目的：分析UPJO治疗中后腹腔镜技术的应用价值。方法随机将整群选取的该院2010年5月-2012年5月收治的62例肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻患者分为对照组和观察组，各31例，分别采用开放性手术和后腹腔镜技术进行治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率的100%显著高于对照组的80.6%，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用后腹腔镜技术对UPJO患者进行治疗，疗效安全可靠，值得推广及应用。
목적：분석UPJO치료중후복강경기술적응용개치。방법수궤장정군선취적해원2010년5월-2012년5월수치적62례신우수뇨관련접부경조환자분위대조조화관찰조，각31례，분별채용개방성수술화후복강경기술진행치료。비교량조림상치료효과。결과관찰조총유효솔적100%현저고우대조조적80.6%，조간비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론채용후복강경기술대UPJO환자진행치료，료효안전가고，치득추엄급응용。
Objective To analyze the application value of retroperitoneal laparoscopy in the treatment of ureteropelvic junc-tion obstruction (UPJO). Methods 62 UPJO patients admitted to our hospital from May 2010 to May 2012 were randomly di-vided into control group and observation group with 31 in each one. The control group was treated with open surgery while the observation group was treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopy. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 100%, significantly higher than that in the control group 80.6%, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of UPJO patients with post retroperitoneal laparoscopy is safe and reliable, and is worthy of promotion and application.
