目的:探讨社区康复教育及家庭康复指导对脑卒中患者日常生活活动能力的影响.方法:收治脑卒中患者66例,随机分为康复组和对照组各33例.康复组给予康复教育及家庭康复指导,对照组不进行规范的康复干预.日常生活活动能力采用改良Barthel指数(MBI)进行评定,比较两组患者的MBI评分.结果:干预后,康复组MBI评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:社区康复教育和家庭康复指导能够显著改善脑卒中患者的日常生活活动能力.

Objective:To explore the effect of community rehabilitation education and family rehabilitation guidance on the daily living activities of stroke patients.Methods:66 patients with stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into the rehabilitation group and the control group with 33 cases in each.The rehabilitation group was given rehabilitation education and family rehabilitation guidance.The control group was not given normative rehabilitation intervention.The daily living activities was evaluated by improved Barthel index(MBI).The MBI scores of two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the MBI score of the rehabilitation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The community rehabilitation education and family rehabilitation guidance can significantly improve the daily living activities of stroke patients.
