目的:总结儿童白百破疫苗加强接种发生不良反应的护理经验.方法:白百破三联疫苗接种儿童8 952例,其中按计划免疫程序进行吸附白百破三联疫苗基础免疫接种的4 174例,加强接种4 778例.免疫年龄:婴儿出生后满3个月首次接种,在满4个月和满5个月时再各接种1次.满1岁时再进行加强接种.结果:接种白百破三联疫苗8 952例,不良反应347例,不良反应发生率3.9%,其中局部反应220例,全身反应127例.基础免疫组不良反应38例,不良反应发生率0.91%,其中局部反应20例,全身反应18例.加强免疫组不良反应309例,不良反应发生率6.5%,其中局部反应200例,全身反应109例.两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:儿童白百破疫苗加强接种不良反应发生率高于基础免疫组,加强接种前的接种宣教和不良反应预防措施教育至关重要.

Objective:To summarize the nursing experience of adverse reactions of children DPT vaccine strengthening vaccination.Methods:8952 children were given DPT vaccine vaccination.4174 cases were given DPT vaccine based immune vaccination according to the planned immunization program.4778 cases were given strengthening vaccination.The immunization age was that the first vaccination on three months after the baby born,again 1 time of vaccination on four months and five months. The children when 1 year old was given strengthening vaccination.Results:8952 cases were inoculated DPT vaccine,347 cases had adverse reactions,the adverse reactions occurred rate was 3.9%,including 220 cases were local reaction,127 cases were systemic reaction.38 cases had adverse reactions in the based immune group,the adverse reactions occurred rate was 0.91%,including 20 cases were local reaction,18 cases were systemic reaction.309 cases had adverse reactions in the strengthening immunization group,the adverse reactions occurred rate was 6.5%,including 200 cases were local reaction,109 cases were systemic reaction.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The adverse reactions occurred rate of children DPT vaccine strengthening vaccination is higher than that of the based immune group.The vaccination education before strengthening vaccination and adverse reactions prevention education are very important.
