目的:探讨全胸腔镜肺叶切除术的手术护理配合经验.方法:回顾分析38例全胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者的手术护理配合特点和经验.结果:38例患者手术均获成功,无中转开胸,增加了手术的成功率.结论:高质量的护理配合是确保全胸腔镜肺叶切除手术顺利完成的关键,有利于此项新技术的顺利开展.

Objective:To investigate the experience of operative nursing cooperation in full thoracoscopic lobectomia pulmonalis. Methods:The characteristics and experience of operative nursing cooperation in 38 cases of patients with full thoracoscopic lobectomia pulmonalis were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All 38 cases of patients were operated successfully and no converted to thoracotomy,which increased the success rate of the operation.Conclusion:High quality of nursing cooperation was the key to ensure the success of full thoracoscopic lobectomia pulmonalis and was conducive to the smooth development of the new technology.
