目的:探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效.方法:收治小儿支气管哮喘患儿70例,随机分为对照组与治疗组各35例.对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组在常规用药的基础上加用孟鲁司特钠治疗,比较两组治疗效果.结果:治疗组总有效率91.4%,明显高于对照组的77.1%(P<0.05).结论:孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效显著,见效快,不良反应小.

목적:탐토맹로사특납치료소인지기관효천적림상료효.방법:수치소인지기관효천환인70례,수궤분위대조조여치료조각35례.대조조채용상규약물치료,치료조재상규용약적기출상가용맹로사특납치료,비교량조치료효과.결과:치료조총유효솔91.4%,명현고우대조조적77.1%(P<0.05).결론:맹로사특납치료소인지기관효천적림상료효현저,견효쾌,불량반응소.
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma. Methods:70 children with bronchial asthma were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 35 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,the treatment group was given montelukast sodium on the basis of routine treatment,we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of 91.4% in the treatment group was significantly higher than 77.1% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma was significant,the effect was quick,and the side effects were small.
