This paper discusses the characteristics of road traffic injury and the new concept of field first aid.We quote related papers and works which are published at home and abroad to put forward a new concept of first aid.Application of the existing advanced technology means makes the traffic injury field first aid plan more reasonable,and improves the success rate of treatment. It truly reflect the modern ambulance new concept of "medical treatment and the wounded soldier together ",and reduces the mortality rate and disability rate of road traffic injury patients.
