目的:探讨支撑喉镜下手术治疗声带息肉的临床效果.方法:收治声带息肉患者80例,在显微镜下,按照患者病变状态,通过不同喉钳1次或多次切除声带息肉.结果:本组80例患者,治愈率92.5%,好转率7.5%,总有效率 100.0%,患者手术时间(16.5±8.5)min,术后住院时间(6.1±1.1)d.结论:支撑喉镜下手术治疗声带息肉手术时间短、患者恢复快,疗效显著.

목적:탐토지탱후경하수술치료성대식육적림상효과.방법:수치성대식육환자80례,재현미경하,안조환자병변상태,통과불동후겸1차혹다차절제성대식육.결과:본조80례환자,치유솔92.5%,호전솔7.5%,총유효솔 100.0%,환자수술시간(16.5±8.5)min,술후주원시간(6.1±1.1)d.결론:지탱후경하수술치료성대식육수술시간단、환자회복쾌,료효현저.
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the surgical treatment on vocal cord polyps under the supporting laryngoscope.Methods:80 patients with vocal cord polyps were treated,excision of vocal cord polyp for 1 time or more times according to the patient status under the microscope.Results:There are total of 80 patients,the cure rate was 92.5% ,the improvement rate was 7.5%,and the total effective rate was 100%,the operation time was(16.5±8.5)min,the length of hospital stay was(6.1±1.1)d.Conclusion:Surgical treatment of vocal cord polyps under the supporting laryngoscope,has shorten operation time, the patients can recovered quickly,and also has remarkable curative effect.
