目的:探讨超早期联合清除血肿治疗脑出血的临床效果.方法:收治脑出血患者40例,按治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组各20例.观察组给予超早期联合清除血肿治疗,对照组给予早期单纯血肿抽吸,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果:观察组抽出血肿量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组致残率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:超早期联合清除血肿治疗脑出血疗效确切,可降低致残率.
목적:탐토초조기연합청제혈종치료뇌출혈적림상효과.방법:수치뇌출혈환자40례,안치료방법불동분위관찰조화대조조각20례.관찰조급여초조기연합청제혈종치료,대조조급여조기단순혈종추흡,대비량조환자적림상치료효과.결과:관찰조추출혈종량현저고우대조조(P<0.05);관찰조치잔솔현저저우대조조(P<0.05).결론:초조기연합청제혈종치료뇌출혈료효학절,가강저치잔솔.
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of ultra early combined with hematoma removal in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:40 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 20 cases in each according to the different treatment methods.The observation group was given ultra early combined with hematoma removal.The control group was given early hematoma suction alone.The clinical treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results:The extractive hematoma volume of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disability rate of the observation group was significantly lower that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ultra early combined with hematoma removal in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage has an exact curative effect,and can reduce the disability rate.
