目的:探讨老年急性阑尾炎的临床特征及外科治疗体会.方法:回顾性分析82例老年人急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料.结果:实施单纯阑尾切除术39例,阑尾切除加腹腔引流术38例,阑尾周围脓肿切开引流术5例.均痊愈出院.结论:老年急性阑尾炎患者的临床症状和体征不典型,一旦诊断明确,应尽早行外科手术治疗.

Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics and surgical treatment of acute appendicitis in the elderly.Methods:We retrospective analyzed the clinical data of 82 cases of acute appendicitis in the elderly.Results:39 cases were treated with simple appendectomy,38 cases were treated with appendectomy and drainage,5 cases with abscess incision and drainage.All of them were cured and discharged.Conclusion:The clinical symptoms and signs of acute appendicitis in the elderly patients are not typical,once diagnosed,we should undergo surgical operation treatment.
