目的：探讨老年精神病住院患者跌倒原因及防范措施。方法：分析65例住院期间发生跌倒患者的跌倒原因。结果：老年精神病患者跌倒原因主要有生理学因素，疾病因素，药物因素，环境因素等。结论：评估老年精神病患者跌倒的高危因素，使住院环境变得安全，加强患者及家属的健康教育及安全宣教，加强患者的心理护理，提高医护人员的防范意识，能有效减少老年住院患者跌倒意外事件的发生。

목적：탐토노년정신병주원환자질도원인급방범조시。방법：분석65례주원기간발생질도환자적질도원인。결과：노년정신병환자질도원인주요유생이학인소，질병인소，약물인소，배경인소등。결론：평고노년정신병환자질도적고위인소，사주원배경변득안전，가강환자급가속적건강교육급안전선교，가강환자적심리호리，제고의호인원적방범의식，능유효감소노년주원환자질도의외사건적발생。
Objective:To discuss the causes and prevention of falls in elderly inpatients with mental illness.Methods:To analyze the causes of falls in 65 patients with falls during hospitalization.Results:The causes of falls in elderly patients with mental illness are mainly physiological factors,disease factors,drug factors,environmental factors,etc.Conclusion:To assess the risk factors of falls in elderly patients with mental illness,make the hospital environment safe,strengthen the health education and safety education of patients and their families,strengthen the psychological nursing,improve the prevention awareness of health care workers can effectively reduce the incidence of falls accident in elderly patients.
