目的：分析优护病区实习护生人文素质的潜在问题。方法：培训优护病区的实习护生50人。发放问卷300份，全部收回。对临床过程中出现的问题进行归纳、总结。结果：提高护生的人文素养，加强语言沟通方式上的学习，在带教的过程中能够有效地提高护理的质量，让患者满意。结论：在良好的人文素养环境下，建设良好的医疗护理队伍，减少医患之间的纠纷，提高了患者对护理结果的满意程度。

목적：분석우호병구실습호생인문소질적잠재문제。방법：배훈우호병구적실습호생50인。발방문권300빈，전부수회。대림상과정중출현적문제진행귀납、총결。결과：제고호생적인문소양，가강어언구통방식상적학습，재대교적과정중능구유효지제고호리적질량，양환자만의。결론：재량호적인문소양배경하，건설량호적의료호리대오，감소의환지간적규분，제고료환자대호리결과적만의정도。
Objective:To analyse excellent care ward nursing students humanistic quality of potential problems.Methods:50 excellent care ward nursing students were selected,300 copies of the questionnaire,all to recover.Summarize the problems in the clinical course.Results:To improve the humanistic quality of nursing students,and to strengthen the learning of language communication,in the process of teaching can effectively improve the quality of nursing so that patients satisfaction.Conclusion:Under the good environment of humanistic quality,the construction of good medical care team,reducing the dispute between doctors and patients,improving the patient's satisfaction with the results of nursing.
