目的：多种药物均可致血小板减少，但是关于左氧氟沙星致血小板减少的报道并不多见。临床所见1例70岁的老年女性，因考虑阑尾炎，给予左氧氟沙星静脉输液中约30 min，突发不适，血常规示血小板26×109/L，用药前查血常规示血小板274×109/L，遂立即停用左氧氟沙星，给予地塞米松抗过敏。入院后给予输注血小板预防，重要脏器出血，并给予抗生素积极消炎抗感染后，第4天，患者血小板升至124×109/L，出院后随访1个月，血小板均正常。
目的：多種藥物均可緻血小闆減少，但是關于左氧氟沙星緻血小闆減少的報道併不多見。臨床所見1例70歲的老年女性，因攷慮闌尾炎，給予左氧氟沙星靜脈輸液中約30 min，突髮不適，血常規示血小闆26×109/L，用藥前查血常規示血小闆274×109/L，遂立即停用左氧氟沙星，給予地塞米鬆抗過敏。入院後給予輸註血小闆預防，重要髒器齣血，併給予抗生素積極消炎抗感染後，第4天，患者血小闆升至124×109/L，齣院後隨訪1箇月，血小闆均正常。
목적：다충약물균가치혈소판감소，단시관우좌양불사성치혈소판감소적보도병불다견。림상소견1례70세적노년녀성，인고필란미염，급여좌양불사성정맥수액중약30 min，돌발불괄，혈상규시혈소판26×109/L，용약전사혈상규시혈소판274×109/L，수립즉정용좌양불사성，급여지새미송항과민。입원후급여수주혈소판예방，중요장기출혈，병급여항생소적겁소염항감염후，제4천，환자혈소판승지124×109/L，출원후수방1개월，혈소판균정상。
A variety of drugs can reduce the platelet count,but there are not many reports on the reduction of levofloxacin induced thrombocytopenia.Clinical findings in a 70 year old woman,because it considers appendicitis treated with levofloxacin intravenous infusion in about 30 min sudden discomfort to give blood tests showed that platelet 26×109/L,before treatment,blood routine showed platelet 274×109/L,hence immediately stop using levofloxacin,giving dexamethasone anti allergic.After admission, the blood platelet was given to prevent bleeding,and antibiotics were given to fourth days after the infection.The patients were treated with 124×109/L,and the blood platelets were normal in 1 month after discharge.
