目的：探讨健康教育对改善社区骨质疏松患者生活质量的作用。方法：选择骨质疏松患者103例，实行健康教育干预，通过问卷调查了解干预前后生活方式改变情况，同时对患者的生活质量进行评分分析。结果：经过健康教育，居民建立了良好的骨健康方式，居民的生活质量明显提高(P＜0.05)。结论：对社区骨质疏松患者进行健康教育，对于骨质疏松的防治有着重要意义。
목적：탐토건강교육대개선사구골질소송환자생활질량적작용。방법：선택골질소송환자103례，실행건강교육간예，통과문권조사료해간예전후생활방식개변정황，동시대환자적생활질량진행평분분석。결과：경과건강교육，거민건립료량호적골건강방식，거민적생활질량명현제고(P＜0.05)。결론：대사구골질소송환자진행건강교육，대우골질소송적방치유착중요의의。
Objective:To explore the effect of health education on improving the quality of life of patients with osteoporosis in community.Methods:103 patients with osteoporosis were selected,they were given health education intervention,through questionnaire survey,we investigated lifestyle changes before and after the intervention,at the same time,we evaluated the quality of life of patients.Results:After health education,the residents established good bone health habit,the quality of life of the residents was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education for the patients with osteoporosis in community had important significance for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
