目的：分析泉山区医疗卫生行政处罚的情况和规律，为今后更好地开展医疗卫生监督执法工作提供依据和建议。方法：对2011年以来结案归档的55起医疗卫生行政处罚案件进行回顾性调查分析。结果：日常监督检查和社会举报是案件的主要来源，被处罚单位以诊所为主，其次是无证行医的非医疗机构；行政处罚案由主要为医疗废物贮存收集不符合卫生要求、使用非卫生技术人员；实施的卫生行政处罚及行政措施主要是警告、罚款并责令改正、罚款并责令改正。结论：日常性卫生监督和社会举报为查处医疗卫生案件提供了重要线索；诊所及无证行医的非医疗机构是医疗卫生监督执法工作的重点。

Objective:Analysis of the situation and rules of health administrative punishment in Quanshan district,in order to provide the basis and suggestion for the future development of health supervision and law enforcement work.Methods:Since 2011 with 55 archiving closed health administrative penalty cases were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Daily supervision and inspection and social reporting is the main source of the case, the punishment unit to the clinic,followed by undocumented medical institutions,the administrative punishment case mainly for storage of medical waste collection does not comply with the hygiene requirements,the use of non health technical personnel,the health administrative penalty and administrative measures to be implemented is mainly a warning,a fine and ordered to make corrections,and a fine and ordered to correct.Conclusion:Daily health supervision and social report to investigate and deal with medical and health cases provided an important clue,clinics and medical institutions without a license to practice medicine is the focus of medical and health supervision and law enforcement work.
