目的:探讨应用泡沫敷料预防压疮在骨科术前及术后卧床患者护理中的效果。方法:收治腰椎爆裂骨折、骨盆骨折、下肢骨折患者126例,随机分两组。观察组术后采用拜尔坦泡沫敷料,将其黏贴在患者骶尾部,预防压疮,保护皮肤。研究组术前采用与观察组相同的泡沫敷料,将其贴敷于患者骶尾部皮肤受压区域,进行保护,其他同观察组。使用后比较、分析两组患者受压部位的皮肤情况。结果:观察组的压疮发生率9.52%,高于研究组的0%;研究组无1例患者发生压疮,观察组有6例发生Ⅰ期压疮,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨科患者术前使用泡沫敷料预防压疮效果好。

목적:탐토응용포말부료예방압창재골과술전급술후와상환자호리중적효과。방법:수치요추폭렬골절、골분골절、하지골절환자126례,수궤분량조。관찰조술후채용배이탄포말부료,장기점첩재환자저미부,예방압창,보호피부。연구조술전채용여관찰조상동적포말부료,장기첩부우환자저미부피부수압구역,진행보호,기타동관찰조。사용후비교、분석량조환자수압부위적피부정황。결과:관찰조적압창발생솔9.52%,고우연구조적0%;연구조무1례환자발생압창,관찰조유6례발생Ⅰ기압창,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:골과환자술전사용포말부료예방압창효과호。
Objective:To discuss the effect of application of foam dressing in prevention of pressure sores in patients with preoperative and postoperative ambulatory surgery in the Department of orthopedics.Methods:126 patients with Lumbar burst fracture,pelvic fracture,lower limb fracture were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the observation group using Bayer Tanzania foam dressing,paste it in patients with sacrococcygeal bedsore prevention, protection of the skin.In the study group,the same as the observation group,the same foam dressing,the patient will be affixed to the end of the compression area of the sacral area, to protect,other with the observation group.The skin conditions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was 9.52% higher than that in the study group of 0%,there was no patients in the study group,there were 6 cases of pressure ulcer in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect comparison of application of foam dressing in prevention of pressure sores in patients with preoperative and postoperative ambulatory surgery in the department of orthopedics is outstanding.
