目的：探讨临床上应用悬吊牵引床治疗小儿股骨干骨折的体会。方法：回顾性分析接受自制简易悬吊牵引床治疗小儿股骨干骨折的患者的临床资料，总结经验和教训。结果：所有骨折患儿经过治疗均获得满意的效果，无皮肤破溃和骨折不愈合。结论：简易悬吊床治疗小儿股骨干骨折操作简单、护理方便，疗效满意。
目的：探討臨床上應用懸弔牽引床治療小兒股骨榦骨摺的體會。方法：迴顧性分析接受自製簡易懸弔牽引床治療小兒股骨榦骨摺的患者的臨床資料，總結經驗和教訓。結果：所有骨摺患兒經過治療均穫得滿意的效果，無皮膚破潰和骨摺不愈閤。結論：簡易懸弔床治療小兒股骨榦骨摺操作簡單、護理方便，療效滿意。
목적：탐토림상상응용현조견인상치료소인고골간골절적체회。방법：회고성분석접수자제간역현조견인상치료소인고골간골절적환자적림상자료，총결경험화교훈。결과：소유골절환인경과치료균획득만의적효과，무피부파궤화골절불유합。결론：간역현조상치료소인고골간골절조작간단、호리방편，료효만의。
Objective:To discuss the experience of suspension traction treatment of pediatric femoral shaft fractures.Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical data of patients with femoral shaft fractures treated with self made simple suspension traction bed,summarizing the experience and lessons.Results:All fractures were treated with satisfactory results,no skin ulceration and fracture nonunion.Conclusion:Simple suspended bed for treatment of femoral shaft fractures in children is simple,easy to care, curative effect is satisfactory.
