Cirrhosis combined with upper digestive tract hemorrhage%Nursing%Experience
目的：探讨肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者的护理对策。方法：收治肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者58例，采取有效治疗和护理干预。结果：经过积极治疗和精心护理，病情稳定出院。39例1周内治愈，19例2周内治愈。结论：肝硬化合并上消化道出血严重威胁患者的生命，但及时、有效的临床观察、治疗和护理对防止再出血有积极意义。
目的：探討肝硬化閤併上消化道齣血患者的護理對策。方法：收治肝硬化閤併上消化道齣血患者58例，採取有效治療和護理榦預。結果：經過積極治療和精心護理，病情穩定齣院。39例1週內治愈，19例2週內治愈。結論：肝硬化閤併上消化道齣血嚴重威脅患者的生命，但及時、有效的臨床觀察、治療和護理對防止再齣血有積極意義。
목적：탐토간경화합병상소화도출혈환자적호리대책。방법：수치간경화합병상소화도출혈환자58례，채취유효치료화호리간예。결과：경과적겁치료화정심호리，병정은정출원。39례1주내치유，19례2주내치유。결론：간경화합병상소화도출혈엄중위협환자적생명，단급시、유효적림상관찰、치료화호리대방지재출혈유적겁의의。
Objective:To discuss the nursing experience of 58 cases of cirrhosis combined with upper digestive tract hemorrhage. Methods:58 patients with cirrhosis combined with upper digestive tract hemorrhage were selected,taking effective treatment of nursing intervention.Results:After active treatment of careful nursing,the patients' conditions were stable.1 cases were cured in 39 weeks,19 cases were cured in 2 weeks.Conclusion:Cirrhosis combined with upper digestive tract hemorrhage seriously threatens the life of patients,but the clinical observation,treatment,and nursing timely and effective clinical observation,treatment,and nursing have positive effect on preventing and bleeding.
