目的：探讨内科急重症患者的优质护理措施及护理经验。方法：收治内科急重症患者80例，随机分成观察组和对照组各40例，对照组行常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上行心理护理、细化专业护理、坚持生命体征观察。结果：观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组，满意度明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：综合护理是内科急重症患者的优质护理的重要措施。

목적：탐토내과급중증환자적우질호리조시급호리경험。방법：수치내과급중증환자80례，수궤분성관찰조화대조조각40례，대조조행상규호리，관찰조재대조조적기출상행심리호리、세화전업호리、견지생명체정관찰。결과：관찰조적병발증발생솔명현저우대조조，만의도명현고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：종합호리시내과급중증환자적우질호리적중요조시。
Objective:To explore the quality care measures and nursing experience of acute severe patients in department of internal medicine.Methods:80 acute severe patients in department of internal medicine were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each,the control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group was given psychological care,professional nursing,observation of the vital signs on the basis of the control group. Results:In the observation group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group,satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing care was an important measure of quality care for acute severe patients in department of internal medicine.
