目的：总结老年慢性心力衰竭患者的护理经验，提高老年慢性心力衰竭的护理质量。方法：收治老年慢性心力衰竭患者80例，随机分两组，各40例，对照组进行常规护理。观察组针对患者的具体情况进行护理干预，包括心理干预、饮食干预、休息与运动干预等。结果：两组患者6 min 步行距离、LVEF、心功能 NYHA 分级、生活质量、幸福度、家庭功能、功能性生活指数、日常生活能力护理后与护理前比较均明显好转(P＜0.05)，且观察组好转程度明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：加强对老年慢性心力衰竭患者的护理可以提高治疗效果和护理质量。

목적：총결노년만성심력쇠갈환자적호리경험，제고노년만성심력쇠갈적호리질량。방법：수치노년만성심력쇠갈환자80례，수궤분량조，각40례，대조조진행상규호리。관찰조침대환자적구체정황진행호리간예，포괄심리간예、음식간예、휴식여운동간예등。결과：량조환자6 min 보행거리、LVEF、심공능 NYHA 분급、생활질량、행복도、가정공능、공능성생활지수、일상생활능력호리후여호리전비교균명현호전(P＜0.05)，차관찰조호전정도명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：가강대노년만성심력쇠갈환자적호리가이제고치료효과화호리질량。
Objective:To sum up the nursing experience of elderly patients with chronic heart failure and improve the quality of nursing care for elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:80 elderly patients with chronic heart failure were selected, they were randomly divided into two groups,each of 40 cases,the control group for routine care.The observation group for patients with specific circumstances of nursing intervention,including psychological intervention,dietary intervention,rest and exercise intervention,etc..Results:The two group of patients with 6 min walking distance,LVEF,cardiac function NYHA grade,quality of life, happiness,family function,functional life index,daily life ability after nursing care and nursing care were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:To strengthen the nursing of elderly patients with chronic heart failure can improve the effect of treatment and nursing quality.
