目的：甲状腺疾病是临床中的一种常见疾病，临床诊断并不困难，但在老年患者人群中，其特殊的生理特点，使得临床表现不典型，容易发生漏诊和误诊，本文简要介绍以神经精神症状为首发表现的老年甲状腺疾病患者16例的误诊分析，为临床提供探讨。
목적：갑상선질병시림상중적일충상견질병，림상진단병불곤난，단재노년환자인군중，기특수적생리특점，사득림상표현불전형，용역발생루진화오진，본문간요개소이신경정신증상위수발표현적노년갑상선질병환자16례적오진분석，위림상제공탐토。
Thyroid disease is a common disease in clinic,and clinical diagnosis is not difficult,but in the elderly patient population,because of the special physiological characteristics of the elderly,the clinical manifestation is not typical,the disease prone to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,this article briefly describes the misdiagnosis analysis of 16 elderly patients with thyroid disease with neurological symptoms and psychiatric symptoms as the first manifestation,to provide discuss for clinic.
