目的：提高护士对指导糖尿病患者注射胰岛素的教育效果。方法：将130例糖尿病注射胰岛素患者随机分为观察组和对照组各65例。对照组采用口述及示范的传统教育指导注射胰岛素，观察组在对照组的基础上给予胰岛素注射卡强化教育，出院时评价指导效果。结果：观察组的胰岛素注射方法及胰岛素笔保存的相关知识水平明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：糖尿病胰岛素注射提示卡的应用有利于提高教育效果，可作为糖尿病患者胰岛素注射教育的补充形式。
목적：제고호사대지도당뇨병환자주사이도소적교육효과。방법：장130례당뇨병주사이도소환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각65례。대조조채용구술급시범적전통교육지도주사이도소，관찰조재대조조적기출상급여이도소주사잡강화교육，출원시평개지도효과。결과：관찰조적이도소주사방법급이도소필보존적상관지식수평명현고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：당뇨병이도소주사제시잡적응용유리우제고교육효과，가작위당뇨병환자이도소주사교육적보충형식。
Objective:To improve the education effect of nurses in guidencing diabetes patients with insulin injection.Methods:130 diabetes patients with insulin injection were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 65 cases in each.The control group was given oral and demonstration of traditional education to guide the insulin injection.The observation group was given insulin injection card strengthen education on the basis of the control group.The evaluation effect was the evaluated when discharged.Results:The insulin injection method and insulin conservation relevant knowledge of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of diabetes insulin injection cue card is beneficial to improve the education effect,and can be used as a supplementary form of insulin injection education of diabetes patients.
