目的：随着人们生活水平的提高和卫生条件的改善，寄生虫病的发病率明显降低，但在临床工作中，医务人员仍需加强对寄生虫病的认知，以提高其临床诊治水平。本文简要介绍1例疑难寄生虫报告的诊断和探析，为临床提供探讨。

목적：수착인문생활수평적제고화위생조건적개선，기생충병적발병솔명현강저，단재림상공작중，의무인원잉수가강대기생충병적인지，이제고기림상진치수평。본문간요개소1례의난기생충보고적진단화탐석，위림상제공탐토。
With the improvement of people's living standards and the improvement of health conditions,the incidence of parasitic diseases is significantly lower,but in clinical work,medical personnel still need to strengthen the awareness of parasitic diseases,in order to improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment.This article briefly describes diagnosis and analysis of a case of difficult parasite report,to provide discuss for clinical.
