Through the analysis of diagnosis and treatment of one patients with giant paratracheal cyst,we summary the treatment experience,it reminds us that,in the face of a huge risk of large tracheal cyst,medical personnel should find relatively safe,painless, inexpensive solution through the pioneering ideas and innovative thinking.
