目的：探讨高频超声对肛周脓肿的诊断价值及超声诊断规律。方法：对56例肛周脓肿患者的临床资料和声像图表现进行回顾性分析。结果：超声能显示脓肿的范围、位置、液化情况、脓肿分期以及是否合并肛瘘；超声诊断肛周脓肿符合率98.2%(55/56)，误诊率1.8%(1/56)，肛瘘诊断符合率80%(4/5)；对造成漏、误诊的原因进行了分析。结论：高频超声对肛周脓肿诊断有较高的临床应用价值，是肛周脓肿的首选检查方法，可以为临床诊断和治疗提供重要依据。

목적：탐토고빈초성대항주농종적진단개치급초성진단규률。방법：대56례항주농종환자적림상자료화성상도표현진행회고성분석。결과：초성능현시농종적범위、위치、액화정황、농종분기이급시부합병항루；초성진단항주농종부합솔98.2%(55/56)，오진솔1.8%(1/56)，항루진단부합솔80%(4/5)；대조성루、오진적원인진행료분석。결론：고빈초성대항주농종진단유교고적림상응용개치，시항주농종적수선검사방법，가이위림상진단화치료제공중요의거。
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value and ultrasonic diagnosis regularity of high frequency ultrasound for perianal abscess.Methods:The clinical data and ultrasonographic manifestations of 56 patients with perianal abscess were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Ultrasonography showed the range,location,liquefaction of abscess,abscess stage and whether with anal fistula. The coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis of perianal abscess was 98.2%(55/56),the misdiagnosis rate was 1.8%(1/56).The coincidence rate of perianal abscess diagnosis was 80%(4/5).The causes of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis were analyzed. Conclusion:High frequency ultrasound has a high clinical application value in the diagnosis of perianal abscess.It is the first choice examination method of perianal abscess,and can provide an important basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
