目的:探讨苏州市吴中区小儿急性下呼吸道感染(ALRI)病原体分布情况及其季节分布特点。方法:收治ALRI患儿2638例,对其感染情况进行分析。结果:2638例ALRI患儿中,检测出阳性结果1044例(39.58%),其中支原体感染548例(20.77%),病毒感染471例(17.85%),混合感染113例(4.28%),细菌感染114例(4.32%)。细菌检出阳性率夏季最高(P<0.05),病毒检出阳性率冬季最高(P<0.05),支原体检出阳性率夏季最高(P<0.05),混合感染检出阳性率冬春季要高于夏秋季(P<0.05)。结论:肺炎支原体与病毒是苏州吴中区儿童ALRI的主要病原体,细菌检出阳性率夏季最高,病毒检出阳性率冬季最高,支原体检出阳性率夏季最高,混合感染检出阳性率冬春季要高于夏秋季。

Objective:To explore the seasonal distribution characteristics and the pathogen of children acute lower respiratory tract infection(ALRI) at wuzhong district of suzhou city.Methods:2 638 cases with ALRI were selected,the infections were analyzed.Results:In 2 638 cases with ALRI,the test result of 1 044 cases(39.58%) were positive,including 548 cases(20.77%) of mycoplasma infection,471 cases(17.85%) of viral infection,114 cases(4.28%) of bacterial infection and 113 cases(4.32%) of mixed infection.The positive rate of bacteria was the highest in summer(P<0.05),the positive rate of virus detection was highest in winter(P<0.05),the positive rate of mycoplasma was the highest in summer(P<0.05),in spring and winter,the positive rate of mixed infection was higher than that in summer and autumn(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mycoplasma pneumoniae and virus were the main pathogens of children acute lower respiratory tract infection at wuzhong district of suzhou city,the positive rate of bacteria was the highest in summer,the positive rate of virus detection was highest in winter,the positive rate of mycoplasma was the highest in summer,in spring and winter,the positive rate of mixed infection was higher than that in summer and autumn.
