目的：比较激素联合血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)治疗中度蛋白尿IgA肾病效果的影响因素。方法：收治IgA肾病患者80例，随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例。对照组给予洛汀新治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上给予泼尼龙治疗。对肾脏病变进行定量分析。结果：治疗组疗效显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：激素联合ACEI治疗中度蛋白尿IgA肾病可稳定患者肾功能，有效降低患者尿蛋白。

목적：비교격소연합혈관긴장소전환매억제제(ACEI)치료중도단백뇨IgA신병효과적영향인소。방법：수치IgA신병환자80례，수궤분위치료조여대조조각40례。대조조급여락정신치료，치료조재대조조적기출상급여발니룡치료。대신장병변진행정량분석。결과：치료조료효현저고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：격소연합ACEI치료중도단백뇨IgA신병가은정환자신공능，유효강저환자뇨단백。
Objective:To compare the influence factors on the curative effect of hormone combined with angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI) in the treatment of IgA nephropathy with moderate proteinuria.Methods:80 patients with IgA nephropathy were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given lotensin treatment.The treatment group was given prednisolone treatment on the basis of the control group.The renal lesions was given quantitative analysis.Results:The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hormone combined with angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor in the treatment of IgA nephropathy with moderate proteinuria can stabilize the renal function of patients,effectively reduce the urinary protein of patients.
