目的：探讨脑桥外髓鞘溶解症的临床、影像表现及预后。方法：回顾性分析8例脑桥外髓鞘溶解症患者的临床、影像表现及预后。结果：8例均有快速纠正血钠病史。临床表现：昏迷4例，锥体外系症状3例，精神症状1例，癫痫1例。MRI影像表现：8例均出现双侧基底节对称性信号，5例出现对称弥漫性脑皮层肿胀，其中4例有脑回样的强化，有4例早期 MRI 正常，1周后复查出现异常表现；临床预后：3个月随访 MRS 评分0分1例，1分2例，2分4例，6分1例。结论：脑桥外髓鞘溶解症临床表现多样，影像类似缺血缺氧性脑病，但预后较缺血缺氧性脑病好。
目的：探討腦橋外髓鞘溶解癥的臨床、影像錶現及預後。方法：迴顧性分析8例腦橋外髓鞘溶解癥患者的臨床、影像錶現及預後。結果：8例均有快速糾正血鈉病史。臨床錶現：昏迷4例，錐體外繫癥狀3例，精神癥狀1例，癲癇1例。MRI影像錶現：8例均齣現雙側基底節對稱性信號，5例齣現對稱瀰漫性腦皮層腫脹，其中4例有腦迴樣的彊化，有4例早期 MRI 正常，1週後複查齣現異常錶現；臨床預後：3箇月隨訪 MRS 評分0分1例，1分2例，2分4例，6分1例。結論：腦橋外髓鞘溶解癥臨床錶現多樣，影像類似缺血缺氧性腦病，但預後較缺血缺氧性腦病好。
목적：탐토뇌교외수초용해증적림상、영상표현급예후。방법：회고성분석8례뇌교외수초용해증환자적림상、영상표현급예후。결과：8례균유쾌속규정혈납병사。림상표현：혼미4례，추체외계증상3례，정신증상1례，전간1례。MRI영상표현：8례균출현쌍측기저절대칭성신호，5례출현대칭미만성뇌피층종창，기중4례유뇌회양적강화，유4례조기 MRI 정상，1주후복사출현이상표현；림상예후：3개월수방 MRS 평분0분1례，1분2례，2분4례，6분1례。결론：뇌교외수초용해증림상표현다양，영상유사결혈결양성뇌병，단예후교결혈결양성뇌병호。
Objective:To explore the clinical and imaging manifestations and prognosis of extrapontine myelinolysis.Methods:The clinical and imaging manifestations and prognosis of 8 patients with extrapontine myelinolysis were retrospectively analyzed. Results:8 patients had a rapid correction of blood sodium medical history.The Clinical manifestation were 4 cases of coma,3 cases of extrapyramidal symptom,1 case of mental symptom,1 case of epilepsy.The MR imaging manifestations were that 8 cases appeared bilateral basal ganglia symmetry signal,5 cases appeared symmetric diffuse cerebral cortex swelling,including 4 cases of enhanced gyriform enhancement,4 cases of early MR normal appeared abnormal performance after 1 week review.The clinical prognosis :3 months follow-up MRS score,1 case of 0 point,2 cases of 1 point,4 cases of 2 points,1 case of 6 points.Conclusion:The extrapontine myelinolysis has diverse clinical manifestations,its image similar hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,but its prognosis is better than hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).
