目的：用Meta分析方法评价实时组织弹性成像(RTE)对肝脏肿瘤的诊断价值。方法：检索Pubmed、CNKI、VIP、Cochrane library、万方等数据库，检索时间由建库至2014年12月。用 QUADAS 工具进行文献质量评价。用Meta-disc1.4软件分析数据，计算获取合并敏感度、特异度以及诊断比值比，分析、综合受试者工作特征(SROC)曲线。结果：最终纳入9个研究，共1192例患者。Meta 分析结果显示合并敏感度、特异度及诊断比值比分别为87%(95%CI 0.85～0.89)、87%(95%CI 0.84～0.90)、44.80(95%CI 32.02～62.69)；SROC曲线下面积(AUC)0.9340。结论：实时组织弹性成像对肝脏肿瘤良恶性具有较高的鉴别诊断价值，但仍需开展更多高质量的研究验证其临床价值。

Objective:To use Meta analysis method to evaluate the diagnostic value of real-time tissue elastography(RTE) on liver tumor.Methods:We searched Pubmed,CNKI,VIP,Cochrane library,Wanf and other databases.The retrieval time was from constructing database time to December 2014.The literature quality was evaluated by using QUADAS tool.We used Meta-disc1.4 software to analyze the data,calculated and obtained combined sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic odds ratio,and analyzed the working characteristics(SROC) curve of the subjects.Results:It eventually included 9 studies with a total of 1192 patients.Meta analysis result showed that the combined sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic odds ratio were 87%(95%CI 0.85~0.89),87%(95%CI 0.84~0.90),44.80(95% CI 32.02~62.69),and the area under the SROC curve(AUC) was 0.9340.Conclusion:The real-time tissue elastography has a higher differential diagnostic value on benign and malignant liver tumors.
