目的：探讨术后患者寒战的原因及护理措施。方法：收治腹部手术患者60例，对手术前后的护理过程进行观察。结果：引起术后患者寒战的原因是非常复杂的，除了主观因素外，还存在许多客观原因，如麻醉因素、术中出血、大量输液、暴露肢体等。结论：做好患者的心理护理，加强手术前后的综合保暖非常重要。

목적：탐토술후환자한전적원인급호리조시。방법：수치복부수술환자60례，대수술전후적호리과정진행관찰。결과：인기술후환자한전적원인시비상복잡적，제료주관인소외，환존재허다객관원인，여마취인소、술중출혈、대량수액、폭로지체등。결론：주호환자적심리호리，가강수술전후적종합보난비상중요。
Objective:To explore the causes and nursing measures of postoperative shivering in patients.Methods:60 patients with abdominal operation were selected,we observed the nursing procedure before and after surgery.Results:The causes of shivering in patients after operation were very complex,in addition to the subjective factors,there were many objective reasons,such as anesthesia,intraoperative bleeding,large number of transfusion,limb exposure and so on.Conclusion:Good psychological nursing for the patients and strengthening the comprehensive warmth before and after surgery were very important.
