目的：探讨腹腔镜完全腹膜外与经腹腹膜前疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的效果差异。方法：收治原发疝患者120例，随机分成腹腔镜完全腹膜外术组和经腹腹膜前疝修补术组各60例，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：腹腔镜完全腹膜外术组的手术时间明显短于经腹腹膜前疝修补术组(P＜0.05)，两组的并发症差异无统计学意义。结论：腹腔镜完全腹膜外术具有手术时间短，患者恢复快等优点。
목적：탐토복강경완전복막외여경복복막전산수보술치료복고구산적효과차이。방법：수치원발산환자120례，수궤분성복강경완전복막외술조화경복복막전산수보술조각60례，비교량조적치료효과。결과：복강경완전복막외술조적수술시간명현단우경복복막전산수보술조(P＜0.05)，량조적병발증차이무통계학의의。결론：복강경완전복막외술구유수술시간단，환자회복쾌등우점。
Objective:To explore the difference of curative effect of laparoscopic total extraperitoneal surgery and transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair for treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods:120 patients with primary hernia were selected,they were randomly divided into laparoscopic total extraperitoneal surgery group and transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair group with 60 cases in each,we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The operation time of laparoscopic total extraperitoneal surgery was significantly shorter than that of transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups in complications.Conclusion:Laparoscopic total extraperitoneal surgery had many advantages,such as short operation time and rapid recovery of patients.
