目的：探讨普米克令舒联合可必特雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法：收治毛细支气管炎婴幼儿94例，随机分为对照组和试验组各47例，对照组应用全乐宁雾化吸入，试验组给予普米克令舒联合可必特雾化吸入，比较两组治疗效果。结果：试验组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：针对毛细支气管炎患儿采用普米克令舒联合可必特雾化吸入治疗可提高效果，缩短症状缓解时间。
目的：探討普米剋令舒聯閤可必特霧化吸入治療嬰幼兒毛細支氣管炎的臨床效果。方法：收治毛細支氣管炎嬰幼兒94例，隨機分為對照組和試驗組各47例，對照組應用全樂寧霧化吸入，試驗組給予普米剋令舒聯閤可必特霧化吸入，比較兩組治療效果。結果：試驗組治療效果明顯優于對照組(P＜0.05)。結論：針對毛細支氣管炎患兒採用普米剋令舒聯閤可必特霧化吸入治療可提高效果，縮短癥狀緩解時間。
목적：탐토보미극령서연합가필특무화흡입치료영유인모세지기관염적림상효과。방법：수치모세지기관염영유인94례，수궤분위대조조화시험조각47례，대조조응용전악저무화흡입，시험조급여보미극령서연합가필특무화흡입，비교량조치료효과。결과：시험조치료효과명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：침대모세지기관염환인채용보미극령서연합가필특무화흡입치료가제고효과，축단증상완해시간。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of pulmicort combined with combivent atomization inhalation in the treatment of infant bronchiolitis.Methods:94 patients with infant bronchiolitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 47 cases in each group,the control group was treated with ventolin respirator solution atomization inhalation,the experimental group was treated with pulmicort combined with combivent atomization inhalation,we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with bronchiolitis,pulmicort combined with combivent atomization inhalation therapy can improve the therapeutic effect and shorten the symptom remission time.
