目的：比较角膜缘干细胞移行遮盖法联合丝裂霉素C和翼状胬肉切除术联合丝裂霉素C对初发性翼状胬肉的疗效。方法：收治初发性翼状胬肉患者122例，随机分两组，各61例，对照组给予翼状胬肉切除术联合丝裂霉素C，观察组则给予角膜缘干细胞移行遮盖法联合丝裂霉素C，术后随访12个月，对比治疗效果、复发率、角膜创面恢复时间。结果：观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，无复发情况发生，角膜创面恢复时间短于较对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：角膜缘干细胞移行遮盖法联合丝裂霉素C在翼状胬肉治疗中的效果显著。
목적：비교각막연간세포이행차개법연합사렬매소C화익상노육절제술연합사렬매소C대초발성익상노육적료효。방법：수치초발성익상노육환자122례，수궤분량조，각61례，대조조급여익상노육절제술연합사렬매소C，관찰조칙급여각막연간세포이행차개법연합사렬매소C，술후수방12개월，대비치료효과、복발솔、각막창면회복시간。결과：관찰조치료총유효솔고우대조조，무복발정황발생，각막창면회복시간단우교대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：각막연간세포이행차개법연합사렬매소C재익상노육치료중적효과현저。
Objective:To compare the effect of limbal stem cell migration shaded combined with mitomycin C with pterygium excision with mitomycin C in the treatment of pterygium.Methods:122 patients with primary pterygium were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups,each of 61 cases,the control group received pterygium excision with mitomycin C,the observation group were treated with limbal stem cell migration shaded with mitomycin C,postoperative follow up 12 months, comparing to treatment effect,the recurrence rate,corneal wound recovery time.Results:The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group,no recurrence occurred,and the recovery time of corneal wound was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of limbal stem cell migration shaded combined with mitomycin C in the treatment of pterygium is outstanding.
