目的：探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术的临床疗效及安全性。方法：收治行小切口非超声乳化摘除及人工晶状体植入术白内障患者86例，分析临床资料。结果：术后2 d、1周、1个月的裸眼视力达0.5以上者分别为54.7%、62.8%、79.1%，术后并发症少。结论：小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术简便易行、手术创伤小、患者术后视力恢复快、并发症少。

목적：탐토소절구비초성유화백내장적제술적림상료효급안전성。방법：수치행소절구비초성유화적제급인공정상체식입술백내장환자86례，분석림상자료。결과：술후2 d、1주、1개월적라안시력체0.5이상자분별위54.7%、62.8%、79.1%，술후병발증소。결론：소절구비초성유화백내장적제인공정상체식입술간편역행、수술창상소、환자술후시력회복쾌、병발증소。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of small incision non phacoemulsification cataract surgery.Methods:86 patients with small incision non phacoemulsification cataract surgery were selected,analysis of clinical data.Results:After 2 days,1 week,1 month, the visual acuity of 0.5 or more were 54.7%,62.8%,79.1%,fewer postoperative complications.Conclusion:Small incision non phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation is simple and feasible,and the postoperative visual acuity recovery is fast and the complications are few.
